The Rule of St. Benedict was written in the sixth century by the saint to help monks live peacefully and prayerfully in community. In these One Minute Monk reflections, Abbot Placid Solari, O.S.B. provides a meaningful example to show how St. Benedict’s Rule can apply to the issues of modern life. One Minute Monk will inspire your listeners, giving them direction to meet the challenges of their own communities – family, work and society. Best of all, your listeners can get a free copy of the Rule from Belmont Abbey and find out how easily it can apply to their lives!
